I looked on importcommunications.com and see they're talking about a 
chineese mobile.  Looks good, $275, dual band and all, but no mention if 
it has speech.  I think for the difference though, I'd stick with my 
Kenwood tmv-71a which I know talks very very well and is a good rig.  I 
may order an ht from them just to have another toy.
