Hi Harvey,
I use both Internet Explorer and Firefox and it works in both browsers. I
don't know what to tell you. I can only think that maybe your keyboard
configuration could be set to laptop rather than desktop. If that's not the
case, I don't know what to tell you.
Or are you using a laptop--in which case, the keystroke would be caps lock +
F7.

Ron, I've tried insert F7 when in Internet Explorer, and it doesn't seem to
bring up the links list. But the person who has NVDA is on this list, so he
