Okay, guys & Gals,

Now, I am asking for your recommendations for blind-user accessible HF and
VHF rigs.  I am interested in only fairly late models, not necessarily the
very newest, hottest things on the ham market, but I am open to anything
you recommend within the last five years or so to date.  While money is
always a consideration, accessibility and ease of use are more important to
me than price.
