I haven't checked many external tuners, my LDG AT200 pro doesn't seem to
lose much power on the output, maybe 3% or so as checked with my TW-1 but I
checked my TS-2000 and my TS-570 when I had that radio and both seemed to
lose about 15% with the internal tuners. I haven't really noticed with the
TS-450 I have for a backup radio but as I recall, it's the same or close.
Not noticeable I'm sure on the air but with the current antenna I don't even
need a tuner unless I go away from where I tuned it on 75 meters.
