I have an Ameritron ALS 600 solid state amplifier  for sale . Output at 100
wattsdrive is about 500 to 600 watts.
The only known problem is mo meter illumination.  The power supply is a
linear  device and very heavy.
I'm asking  $700 and must be picked up in the vicinity  of 
Winsted,  CT.
