Well in spite of it, could have been a lot worse.  No fire thankfully but am
upset about my dektop computer.  And of course about my rig etc.

Am terribly sorry to hear this!

Hopefully, your insurance provider can help take care of some of the 
replacement costs.

I have always debated the idea of buying the ARRL insurance for just this 
sort of thing, and now your story is pushing me strongly in that direction.
