The Elecraft folks are top notch, A number one in all respects. Customer service is absolutely without peer in the industry. And they're super nice, too, yes. And they make excellent stuff, which doesn't hurt. You talk about standing behind their gear, they've offered more than one disgruntled person either full refund or exchange long after other companies would have told that same person with that same problem to take a hike. Bottom line, they believe in what they're doing and it shows.
