Subject: uv-5rs

I've looked at the uv-5r on Amazon and its about $42 but there is also a
uv-5r+ which is $58 or so. Neither one says anything about speech access.
The + version seems to be about upgrades to the case, display, etc. Does
anyone know if there is any difference in terms of access between the two?

Tom
