Buddy,

The 660 is very useable as all you have to do is type in the frequency you 
want to go to.  It does have a smart memory function that can screw you up, 
but you can toggle out of that.

I'm curious to know if anyone's played with the Tecsun PL-660. While it =
has a keypad, I have no idea of how blind user friendly it is. However, =
for $120 at the high end, $110 or so on eBay after shipping, with air =
band and a sync detector, it doesn't sound half bad.
