Yeah, I need to do that as well.  That's a great idea!  I also have a 
few written down and Phillipians is my favorite book in the 
Bible.  Although I do confess, when I was going through some very 
hard times at my former employment, the person who made it possible 
for us all to speak out about how certain people were treated, sent 
me that scripture in a follow-up email; and now I am sending it on to 
you, as I refer to that verse often myself.

I need to also reread Chuck Swindoll's book about The Level Of 
Mediocracy.  It had a lot of good ideas and tips on obtaining spiritual growth.
