The MFJ models work very well.

One has a visual display, and I think a bit more memory and buffer 
than the one without the display.

I use the K1EL.com K40 keyer.  It's small and extremely versatile. 
You can
plug both paddle and keyboard into it and use them interchangeably. 
Lots of
features.  They only come in kit form so you may have to enlist 
someone to
assemble it for you.  I believe the K42 is out of stock for now but 
the K12
might fit your needs.  Another point in favor of the K42 is the very 
robust
optical keying relay which allows you to key the older rigs with 
higher
voltage or negative keying, as well as the newer ones.  I use a 
keyboard
because I like to rag chew and I can type without fatigue, unlike hand
