Hello my friends,

 

I am working on a draft version of the UV-3R blind friendly manual.  If
anyone would like to participate in making this document better, I would
welcome the assistance.  I have 10 to 20 percent of the work to complete on
it but it is getting there.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
