Mike,

Often when a link is spread across multiple lines such as the ones you are 
interested in, the link does not work because spaces are inserted at the 
line breaks.

cut and paste the web address into your browser and then check that there 
are no spaces in it before you hit "enter".

This will work as the links did not work for me until I did this.
