I would use coax seal, or that stuff, not sure exactly what it's called but 
it's in a role, you take the wax paper off one site and you can mold it 
around anything, it's like a tape, that would do nicely. Even plain old 
silicone as long as there aren't drain holes in the bottom of the antenna to 
look out for which there very well may be so you'll want to look for that.
