If it's a RadioShack scanner it's probably not all that bad, I haven't got
real in to trunking but for the most part radio shack scanners have been
good to me over the years as have uniden ones. My regency scanner in the sun
room is a little trickier but I can do it. I can try to talk you through
basic stuff if you need it. My immediate area has nothing trunked but state
police so I don't have anything setup for trunking right now. If my scanner
would do both at once I'd probably put the state police in though.
