how is the TX/RX audio on those things as I would not want to buy a radio with sucky audio.

Hi Ray, there are a few differences but they are very simular in operation.  The Wouxun has a knob
on the top for changing settings, or stepping through menu choices, whare the Baofent has up and
down buttons on the keypad, but I think the menu's are exactly the same.
