Yes, I downloaded and installed the "WAV" files, still not talking.

Yeah, did you download the associated wav files that Kim did for the
program?  When you tab to the different fields it will talk.  You need to
enable the speech function from the options menu.  (I haven't updated to the
newer version yet, but that's the way it has worked the last few years.)

Getting ready for Field Day and have downloaded n3fjp=E2=80=99s field =
day logging program ver 2.9. I am trying to use it on a Windows 7 laptop =
with WE 7.5. Nothing talks. Any ideas?
