I will agree, the plextalk pocket does a great job on recording. We'll have
to wait until the new stream comes out to find out about how it records.

Subject: Doing Recordings on the VR Stream and PlexTalk
Russ, personally, I'm not sure about the quality of the recording
features on the new VR Stream. Having a PlexTalk Pocket, I can
say that its recording capabilities are quite good, probably not
quite as good as the old edi-roll that came out probably 7 or 8
years ago, but I have recorded various live musical performances
that turned out great using the plextalk. I am sure however,
that the new Stream has much better recording capabilities than
the original one does. Jim WA6EKS

Subject: Off Topic: PlexTalk Pocket For Sale
Just in case anyone may be interested I have a PlexTalk Pocket
for sale. It
is less than a year old and comes with all cables, accessories,
software and
documentation in original box. The reason I am selling it is
that I want to
get a BookPort Plus as it supports brf files. The Pocket
doesn't. The
PlexTalk is in new condition as I baby my equipment. The
plexTalk new lists
for $275 or so but I'm selling it for $200 shipped to your door.
If
interested please E-Mail me at the address below.
