John, a sighted friend of mine sent me the message and I have not really
signed it myself but I intend to today.  I just thought we might get a
number of signatures if I forwarded it to the blind-hams list. Maybe this
will help a lot of hams in restricted areas.   Adios,

not find the patition I was looking for!  I will try the link again
