For ed:

We have a local jeweler who took one of my older watches to disassemble.  He now can get everything but a case.  He has replaced crystals for me in the past.

Try a local custom jeweler if you have such a thing.
If not, I can send you contact info and I'm sure Todd would try for you.

He replaced a crystal, and two batteries sharged me $30 for all.

Murray's jewelers in Muncie indiana.  They do have a web site but don't remember what it is.
