I'd say to give it a shot and if there's a problem try the balun.  That's a
pretty reliable antenna and I don't really know of anyone who's had a problem
with it.  With digital signals on tv sets thate's not much chance of tvi.  Only
a few of the first digital converter boxes had problems like that and it was a
design issue with those converters.
