Hey Ron, I am pulling for you big time, and K8HSY is a neat call for 
sure, so it should be yours. You should have it in about 3 weeks or 
so from today's day if you applied, in fact, if you look on the web 
site often about when it's expected to be approved, you may get 
access to it a few days before the paper comes in the mail. I expect 
mine 2 weeks from tomorrow or so, and can hardly wait to check into 
our local weather net here in North Dakota as K6VFO. and what is fun 
is to think that during the time of the normal role call, I am there 
every single day without exception as W B 6 H E F, that I won't show 
up until they call for  V W X, and then I'll check in with my new 
call!  That is, if I can keep my big  mouth shut for that long! :)
Good luck, and nostalgia is a wonderful thing, particularly when it 
has to do with ham radio.
