Actually, the nenewal process is very screen-reader friendly through the FCC
website. I think it took me all of five minutes to renew my license five
years ago.

    Scott:

I am EC/RO for my county, and a certified VE license examiner, so I just
called the ARRL, told them I was a blind ham, and they renewed my license
with no problem.

In fact, I'm going to have to go through the license renewal process again
in the year 2014.

I'd say give them a call, see what they say, and hopefully save yourself
some time.
