The call you mentioned doesn't count, as it is a vanity call. The V does indeed denote vanity. It doesn't have anything to do with the length of time a call has been held but how it was issued. So, Linda was HRG, and that was a bit over a month ago. I'm betting the real spot in the queue is I-something.
