I'll try that next time and see what happens.

And I do delete cookies, browsing history Etc. so I know that isn't the 
problem either.

But speaking of Microsoft Internet Security, how do you access the report of 
results after scanning?  That's one thing I haven't figured out how to do 
yet.  But thanks, John.
