You don't have to go as far as The Netherlands to find such cases.  I sight 
the couple who recently won millions of dollars because they now have a four 
year old Downs Syndrome child which they claim their doctor didn't tell them 
of such a possibility so they could have an abortion.  That couple would 
have killed that disabled baby if they could have.  Now they are being paid 
money because they couldn't.
