Hi Richard, not sure of the nomenclature of the cable in question, but I 
bought a usb cable from valley enterprises, in SD, I think, a couple of 
years ago for around 20$s with shipping included, and it's worked just fine! 
Commander isn't the most screen reader friendly program, but there are some 
others that are reportedly better.  Jack McSpadden, wa5Rop uses a couple of 
different ones, and I think Eric Claig on the blind ham list does also.
