Hi,
My name is Karl Belanger. I just completed studying for my technician class license and will be taking the exam in a few weeks when there is one near me. I am totally blind and plan on starting out with the various Echolink programs for Windows, Mac, and iPhone, but hope to get some radio equipment in the future. I look forward to learning a lot from this list. I'll let you all know my call sign once I have it.
