I'd aim for the link for those who forgot their password? I'm not sure if 
there is one but think there was last time I looked. That's a strange one, 
I've had an account there for quite a few years and never seen that happen. 
I would look for a link for those who forgot their passwords, that's the 
only way I could think of to reset the password without one.
