Hi Harvey, I wish it were that easy to find the file. However, I
recorded it on my Vr Stream and either deleted the audio notes or
something. I checked the several SD cards I keep with it and
can't find the info anywhere on the cards. One card is a 32 meg
one but I didn't have that many notes on it. I should have
transcribed the pertinent parts to my Apex then I wouldn't be
bugged or be bugging people about this. I am hoping someone here
may have done the part I didn't do and can just send me the info
without writing something from scratch. 73, Jim

Jim, if you remember any part of the file name, you might try
doing a search
for the file from your start menu. From the start menu, press S
for search
then tab through the various fields entering whatever you know
about the
file and then hit the search button, and your computer may be
able to find
the file. It's worth a try.

Subject: Setting up a Ts-480 for repeater work.

Hi list, I can't find an audio file I had with directions on how
to set up repeater operation on the Ts-480. Guess I must have
deleted it or filed it so good that I can't find it.
Does anyone have a text or audio description of how to do this?
I
have a text version of the manual but it wasn't clear enough at
least for me. Am trying to set up the rig to get on a nearby 6
meter repeater. I can get the output frequency programmed, the
PL frequency, but can't get the input frequency to stick in the
 memory channel. Thanks, Jim WA6EKS
