You are correct, and I should have been clearer last night.
The TS570 does use a different connector than the 480 and 590 (I think it's
the six-pin you speak of), but I find it equally difficult to disengage.
Again, I apologize for the confusion, even though the problem, at least in
my view, is still the same with either connector.
