Hi,

For either of the Smiley antenna, BNC or SMA, you'll need an adapter. You might find the BNC adapter more flexible.

Anyway, the telescopic Smiley antenna. I have that one. It works pretty well, and the spring in the bottom helps with putting less strain on the connector. I recommend that one.
