Well, here's the latest.
I took Ed's and others advice, and ordered an mfj949E, manual antenna tuner.
Now I use to have the 941, on my kenwood ts120, and folks, it tuned anything, even a chain length fence, (if anyone wants me to tell that story, I'll happily do so)!
So, when it gets here, I will hook it to the 570, and I got a jumper, a 3 foot cable with a pl259 connecter at each end.
Now, the thing I gotta know is, how to disable that darn autotuner in the rig.
