don't bother 6 meters on a ht is a total waste of time unless you have a 6m repeater within a few miles   the antenna they give you is useless junk and is barely any better than a dummy load   it is a great ltitle ht and it is relalyw aterproof  i tossed mine in the pool alot fo rfun  only reason I don't use it now is the battery  but if you want 6 meters get a real radio and antenna
