I could probably throw down $100 for 1. I don't have much to spend as things
are kinda tite now, But I've been wanting to get one of thees rigs for some
time now.

THese radios didn't cost near $700, around $350 or  $400.  You can buy a
new tmv71a for a little less than $400.  I don't know what he expects to
get out of them, but I've seen them sell for $200 or less.  Just my two
cents worth.
