I used Google and from several sites, I get this type of information:

USAF HF Global Communications System (The old GHFS Net) This will be your 
easiest catch of Military Communications. 11.175 MHz being the most active 
freq

Hi all,  Sounds like Andrews air force base and OFFED air force base.  They
sometimes send a bunch of letters and numbers and occasionally send weather
info.  There is no structure on what time they transmit.  Gary KB2YAA
