Hi Harry,

Of course no one believes in killing disabled infants-except for those who
would deny care to poor people on Medicaid in the United States for the kind
of care they need if they are disabled after birth. I believe 5 US states
have a provision wherein if there is a significant defect in the spine of a
new born at the 5th vertebrate from the top or higher, Medicaid will not pay
for supportive treatment. Texas is one state where this is true--although
it's hard to get statistics as to just how many people are effected on a
yearly basis. It was mentioned a few times in mainstream media in the year
when the Florida woman was brain dead and being fought over by the husband
and the daughter. This was in 2007 I believe and I forget the spelling of
her name it sounded like Shyvo.

By the way, wasn't it you who the other guy attacked first and said
something like you shouldn't demand equality because you can't drive a car?
So why you hassling me man. Glen Beck or no Glenn Beck, I'm on your side on
this one anyway <laugh>.

Hi there,
First of all, I don't agree with Glenn Beck on everything he says.
Secondly, the statement about babies being killed in the netherlands is =
true, and can be varified.
Now, you said another incorrect thing, and I'm not a right winger, I'm a =
modderat.
So, what do you think about the killing of disabled children anyway? =
Peter Singer from Princeton said, "disabled babies should be killed.
I can varify that, too.
So, you're darn right, I'm gonna stand up for disabled peoples rights.
As far as being demanding, I ask nice first, and if I don't get what I =
want, I turn up the pressure.

  Hmmmm... one too many Glenn Beck shows for that one; hey Harry? Not =
equal?=20
  Since when does being disabled automatically place you in an inferior=20
  position? (Can you say Nazi Germany?) Generally people don't demand =
things=20
  they cannot accomplish. I have heard right wingers claim that =
disabled=20
  people who are blind, epileptic, retarded, albino dwarfs are demanding =
to be=20
  given licenses to practice surgery. A lot of right wingers--such as =
ABC's=20
  John Stossel have made this point for years, but when asked for =
specifics,=20
  they come up with few or none. And the ones they do produce are =
marginal=20
  and in dispute at best!

  Harry, why don't you run right down and demand a drivers license =
because you
  deserve one. In many cases your not even close to being equil. 73
