Yes Gerry, I think you are right.  I worked for almost 40 years at a Air 
forse base and after I had been there for about a year and kinda proved 
blind people could hold their own, I went to the personal office and put in 
a word for two blind guys I knew who were very capable and the base put them 
on for a trial.  They would not work so the base got rid of them and that 
kind of thing makes it bad for those who want to and can work.  73
