Angelo,
I downloaded the extra class license manual from
http://www.bookshare.org. It is free to anyone who is blind or has a
reading disability. You have to provide proof of your disability to
get a login, but after that, you are free to download any books on the
site. They are available in Daisy or Braille reader format. If you
don't have a reader that is compatible with either of these formats,
never fear, as Daisy can be read by just clicking on the .xml file
that is part of the .zip for each book just like a web page. Just
unzip everything in one directory, point IE to the .xml file, and let
'er rip.
The only problem with the extra class manual is that several equations
appear to be missing; it just says something like "mathematical
equation", like someone was planning to go back and put them in after
scanning, but neglected to do so. But you can still find each
equation by just googling it, so although inconvenient, it is not a
show-stopper.
