* Provide details on current clinical practice using the Assessment and Management of Pain Best Practice Guideline to assess acute pain within inpatient units
* Describe the gap in standard practice regarding the assessment of chronic pain in outpatient units
* Following the Knowledge-to-Action Cycle, describe the integrated knowledge translation strategy used to: (1) Build the Chronic Pain Assessment Toolbox for Children with Disabilities; (2) Implement the Toolbox in Holland Bloorview outpatient clinics; and (3) Evaluate the Toolbox
* Next steps: Learn how to implement the Toolbox in your organization
