Hello,
Universal Radio sells two cables to connect a Yaesu FT817ND radio to a
computer.

The first one on the accessory page for that radio ends in a Usb connector.

The second cable further down the page ends in a serial connector.

The first cable I think comes with a program on a mini disk.

I haven't tried that with Jaws yet.

I think it's only a memory manager and not a program that will let you
really control the radio such as commander does.
