The FCC is hiring a couple more commissioners.  You can't just take matters
into your own hands.  There are legal processes the FCC goes through before
taking someone down off the air.

Yeah, try explaining that to the arresting officer and see how far you get. 
You'll be in worse trouble than the bootlegger.  That stuff looks good on TV
or in the movies, but it doesn't work well in real life.
