You can still find the round fuses in cars especially in the power cord for 
added accessories, inside most cigarette lighter plugs, they're still used 
in automotive so you can still get them in those stores. You're right in the 
main fuse panels now most cars use the flat blade type but the round ones 
aren't uncommon to see other places either especially behind the radio in 
line, various other add on electronics will have them.
