Hi Walt,

When you say "I cannot download anything,"  just what happens?  Do you get 
an error message?  Do the downloads begin and then hang?  Maybe we can help 
if you give us more information.

Hi Guys and Gals,
I haven't heard any problems with anybody having trouble downloading =
from the BARD website.  I can not download anything.  My download speed =
is between 4.75 and 5.25 and that should be fast enough.  Any ideas?
