Tom,

If I remember right, you also have a Signal Link USB.   The 13 pin din 
you use on the 590 for audio in/out, ptt, fsk, and the like, can also be 
used  on the 570.   While I don't have a 570 here, I'm 99.9 percent sure 
that the internal jumpers are also the same, so you can just switch the 
cables over.
