	Hi;
We had an area rep at my local club about six months ago who was talking
about digital qst and of course my first question concerned
accessibility and I was basically told sure why not. Should be very
interesting. Now if it is accessible will handihams and nls be
organized enough to discontinue there copies? I suspect the average
user will want lots of pictures which may be a problem.
