You may want to go in and check boost that should help your volume.

thanks very much, i just needed that last piece of info so i should be all
set tonight.
I'll give you a report after i get it working.  Just a warning though if i
happen to speak withone of you, i have a bad mic i think.  
Peoploehave said i am not loud on it even though i have my level set to 100%
and before anybody asks, i don'tknow how to find the boost box like i did in
windows xp.  I'm using windows 7 now.
