No it would be the ip from your computer you want to forward to.

Ok, found my router and went into port forwarding.
I went down to the first box and typed in echolink and then the starting
port 5198 and the ending port 5200.
But it also wants an ip address. Does that mean the echolink.org ip?
I thought it might so i type from the command prompt tracert echolink.org,
and both in win eyes nd system access the text that came locked up the
computer for a while and then when it was finally done the echolink ip was
long gone.
Can someone please help.
