Hi,

Can anyone with the NexxTech Talking DMM let me know how to use the DMM to measure AC current? I must be doing something wrong because I've tried three different resistors, 215k, 2.1k, and 380 ohm, across a 15 VAC applied voltage. In all three cases, the meter measures 0.27 mA.

I put the DMM in series with the resistor and chose the "mA current" function and the "AC" setting. The DMM's instructions say that the range will be automatically selected and says that the lowest range is from 39.99 to 0.01 mA.

I'm baffled.

Thanks,
Dan
