Blind hams can join ARRL for a reduced cost of $8/year, without QST (which is available throughNLS a month or so behind).
Having said that, while many articles are not available in accessible PDF's, those are mostly older articles, pre-1990'ish. Newer stuff is in PDF's with text in.
Is it worth joining ARRL? I think so, if ofr no other reason than that they are our national amateur radio voice.
